These are incredibly comfortable, and flattering. I now have 4 colors and really like how they fit. You can tie the back tight or loose, depending on the look you want. They are great for hard workouts since they are open and help keep the air moving a little while sweating your backside off! If you are not a fan of showing sweat while at the gym then I would not suggest colors other than black or white. But if that does not matter to you then any color is great. They are on the looser side, so I'd suggest ordering your normal size. I've ordered other similar ones from the same place and they were much more fitted.
