In late 1998, TOPS Knives was founded with a mission to create the highest-quality knives around. This tops nessmuck knife is a perfect addition to a busy kitchen. It's great at breaking down primal cuts. It excels at Packer briskets, pork butts, racks of ribs. It provides a great grip even in greasy wet environments. It's not a replacement for traditional kitchen knives. But when we really want to get in there and work with big primal cuts of meat, it really comes into its own. I imagine it would be super useful in the field or camping as its design is intended. But you're missing out if you don't put this in your kitchen rotation.
